Returns, Shipping and Custom Order Policy

Returns and Exchanges

 

Each Grave Metallum piece is hand-made. Returns are not accepted due to customer error or change of mind.

If a product you have ordered is faulty or in any other way does not match your order specifications, email us immediately to arrange the return of your order within 30 days.

We reserve the right to assess faulty goods when they are received to determine if they are faulty. We will not cover shipping costs or provide a replacement for items which are damaged due to mistreatment or normal wear and tear.

Custom orders can not be refunded or exchanged. This is due to the piece of jewellery being made to your specifications. 

All items are carefully inspected and packaged before being posted or picked up.  

Shipping

 

Grave Metallum Jewellery is handmade to order.

By accepting these terms at the time you place your order, you acknowledge that your order will take approximately 2-3 weeks to manufacture before shipping.

Some items are in stock and will be sent within 48 hours of placing your order. You will receive an email informing you if your order is in stock or not.

All items are shipped with Australia Post and a tracking number will be sent to you once your item has been shipped.

Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout.
